The NHRMC Centre of Research Excellence in Stillbirth engaged the services of Nectar Creative Communications to deliver the Annual National Stillbirth Forum 2022.  

This hybrid event provided an opportunity to bring people together from across Australia and from different backgrounds to share information, insights and new research to enhance stillbirth prevention and to improve bereavement care. We engaged Nectar to assist with a large-scale employee awards gala held at Brisbane City Hall. From the onset, we knew this event would offer multiple complexities being hybrid delivery with both virtual and in person attendees, Nectar rose to the challenge and were a pillar of support and guidance in the lead up to the event and on the evening. We worked with Nectar to deliver our national summit in May 2021, which was held completely online. Nectar was helpful with many areas of our event delivery – keeping us on schedule, providing feedback on content and structure, showing us how best to use the OnAIR platform – which we greatly appreciated as we continue to learn the ins and outs of virtual events. Nectar also managed our event website which had benefits in terms of saving our staff time. As the Infrastructure Association of Queensland (IAQ) Chief Executive Officer (CEO), it is my pleasure to provide a testimonial on behalf of Nectar Creative Communications for the Australian Event Awards, Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) of the Year.

This year’s event already is shaping up to be our best ever, and again Nectar Creative Communications attention to detail and streamlined processes for all stakeholders ensure ongoing communication and deliberate delivery datelines as the process unfolds. Additionally, Nectar Creative Communications back of house and event systems are the latest in offerings to produce and provide reports, updates and technical needs effectively and efficiently. Their ongoing review and revision to ensure the highest quality in these areas also demonstrates their excellence in creativity and forward thinking planning and delivery.

Outsourcing IAQs major event to Nectar Creative Communications has allowed IAQ staff to concentrate on their day jobs and not have the added work of creating, communicating, stakeholder and venue engagement that comes with organising such an event.
