Situated on the outskirts of Fortitude Valley, you will find the Emporium Hotel. This five star boutique hotel is renowned for it’s award winning hospitality and exquisite facilities.

Function facilities include Boardroom 1 and 2 which feature an entire window wall for natural lighting. Both rooms include a television screen with full connectivity and tea and coffee facilities. These boardrooms can accommodate up to 12 people at any given time.

The Frangipani Ballroom which can be found on the first floor can seat up to 200 guests or 270 cocktail style. This multipurpose room can be split into 3 separate areas. For branding requirements, there are (just casually) 372 different colours of mood lighting available. This particular function space also features three ceiling data projectors and screens, microphones, PA system and a fully functional bar area.

The Emporium Hotel has a point of difference, it’s elegant yet contemporary facilities. Depending on your event requirements, it could be the perfect venue for a simple meeting or themed event.

The hotel and it’s function rooms are all about dark and red interiors. There are a variety of textures and patterns which are complemented by eclectic pieces of furniture.

Owners, Anthony and Francine John have sourced individual pieces of art from all across Europe. The chandelier in the Emporium Cocktail Bar was handpicked from a castle in Germany whilst the stained glass walls throughout the property were originally a Parisian shop front which was handmade over 100 years ago.

The Cocktail Bar itself exudes a dark yet romantic luxury which would be perfect for an evening event. This function space features multiple vintage pieces, custom-designed furnishings and a grand piano. It can accommodate up to 100 cocktail style, 50 seated.

This award-winning cocktail bar is defined by it’s champagne and seasonal cocktail menu. Should you be mixing business with leisure, we’d encourage you to taste test the Ginger Geisha which is a perfection combination of Havana white spiced rum, Mozart white chocolate and ginger liqueur with a touch of coconut cream. Please drink responsibly and with moderation.

This very same space can be converted for multi day conferences for breakfast. An exclusive area for your delegates to enjoy a buffet breakfast complete with scrambled eggs, sauteed mushrooms and croissants.

There are also a multitude of neighbouring cafes and restaurants within the Emporium. You will be spoilt for choice!

Executive Chef, Dale Kronk has reinvented the Emporium Hotel’s catering menu with fresh and local ingredients. The menu offers an assortment of gluten free, vegetarian and healthy options. An essential to keep your delegates energy levels up!

Half and full day delegate packages are available. All of which include the following:

For lunch, the Emporium Hotel can offer a Greek Feast,  Market Fresh Lunch or Il Pranzo Lunch with a selection of beverages.

Should you be organising an evening event, the Emporium Hotel can organise a pop up Mojito Bar or an Oyster Station for your attendees.

In regards to accommodation, the Emporium Hotel has a total of 102 rooms. The Deluxe Corner Suite caught our eye! It features a well-appointed King bedroom and an extra room for privacy. This second room has the functionality to be a meeting space or separate dining area.
